We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join a growing team in Glen Mills! This is a temporary opportunity that would start immediately. Our client is looking for someone who is organized, driven, able to work independently in a fast paced environment, and customer service oriented. Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, or bookkeeping required for success in this role.
-Sort and input invoices into Excel
-Compare and match invoices for accuracy
-Place follow up calls to customers regarding their outstanding invoices
-Process payments as needed
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
-Strong detail orientation and organizational skills required
-Experience working in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or bookkeeping is ideal but not required
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
-Proficient in Quickbooks
