Customer Service Representative
Job Summary: We are currently seeking a Technical Support Customer Service Representative for our client who is a major healthcare organization located in the Downtown, Cleveland area. This role will include assisting patients with technical support face to face and over the phone, scheduling appointments, inbound and outbound calls regarding questions and tech support questions. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, M-F, must be able to work an 8 hour shift between 7:30am-6:00pm, $15-16/hr.
- Assisting patients with app downloads and set up.
- Providing patient tutorials on how to use the application.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Receiving inbound calls with questions.
- Making outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow-up on questions and technical support.
- Generating reports and data entry.
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
-Strong face to face and over the phone customer service skills.
-Adaptable to various customer situations.
--1-3 years of customer service experience is required, experience within the healthcare field is required.
--Must have strong face to face and phone customer service skills.
--Must be able to work well in a team based atmosphere.
--Must be comfortable handling upset customers and showing empathy.
