Inside Sales Representative
Randstad is looking for a driven and enthusiastic professional for a Professional Development Consultant-Inside Sales position with our client, a software company located in Hauppauge, NY. In this role you will be reaching out to accounting firms in the United States to talk with them about a variety of products, including cloud solutions for accounting, payroll processing, trial balance, document management, client portals, practice management, and website creation. --Meet / Exceed sales quota targets
--Lead the sales effort within a given geographic region which is comprised of multiple states, affording the opportunity to win new business, upsell and cross-sell solutions
--Build a pipeline consisting of new sales opportunities utilizing leads provided by our Telesales team, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL???s) from our marketing automation efforts, Webinars and of course, your ability to cold prospect using social media and referral selling
--Using consultative skills, understand the business goals and pressures of prospects and identify how our solutions fit their needs and wants
--Demonstrate products, features and functions as a means to developing and progressing sales opportunities from pipeline to closure
--Ensure clients have and utilize access to the right success activities; onboarding programs, implementation webinars, training materials, support etc.
--Maintain healthy, engaged pipeline of prospects
--Collaborate with internal team members to understand the latest products and services offerings
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
--Collaborative team player who is also able to work independently and be comfortable in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
--Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, without sacrificing attention to detail.
--Able to use a consultative selling approach articulating concepts, doing presentations.
--Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
--Previous sales experience or a strong desire to have a career in sales.
--An undergraduate degree in Accounting.
--Experience managing account communications through a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Total compensation for this position determined by skill set and level of experience, but includes a generous base salary and uncapped commission. The company is offering a complete benefits package including Medical, Dental, 401K and more!
