We have an exciting new eCommerce opening in the Parsippany NJ area! This is a long term temporary role paying $45 - 55/HR based on experience.
This role is responsible for contributing to the launch and establishment of a new brand online. The position resides within the eCommerce function and will assume support for the eCommerce Director for the assigned brand in Equity, Activation and Innovation capacities.
The person will be working very closely with the R&D team and the eCommerce team to ensure a successful launch. The Associate Brand Manager will play a key role in driving marketing executions both for launch and post-launch and contributing to the development of version 2.0 of the proposition.

?? To manage a brand within the context of the agreed strategies to maximize long term sales and profitability.
?? Support the Ecommerce director to develop, recommend and lead the execution of all marketing mix elements and manage the effective deployment of the marketing budget.
?? To contribute to the development of version 2.0 of the proposition from a consumer need, product and technology standpoint.
?? Ensure all processes are complete on time for an effective launch
?? Analyze performance on a continuous basis using tools available and work with the ecommerce team to ensure right interventions are done to improve performance.
?? Monitor the marketing budget and co-develop product forecasts.
?? To initiate and manage market research projects to deliver powerful consumer and customer insights as the basis for long term brand growth. Develop these insights into achievable plans.
?? Participate in the development of all consumer communications and lead certain communication channels.
?? In close co-operation with the eCommerce team, identify needs / opportunities, developing pricing strategies that maximize basket size and promotion plan that drive high repeat and impact long term value.
?? Help the eCommerce director build long term plans and financial overviews of the business.
Working hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
- Degree educated from a US or internationally-recognized university
- Min. 2-3 years' experience in brand
- MBA a plus
- Career in leading CPG company a plus
- Any past experience of working on an eCommerce project is a plus
- Financially and commercially astute
- Self-motivated, highly flexible and has an "owner's mindset"

- Proficient in MS Office
