Human Resources and Accounting Assistant
Our client located in South Sacramento is looking for a Human Resource/Accounting Clerk. This person will be working with the Human Resources and Accounting Department handling payroll for up to 110 employees
*Serve as New Hire orientation back up.
*Compiles New Hire information.
*Supports maintenance of Human Resource records and employee personnel and confidential files
*Participates in recruitment efforts.
*Recruits and manages temporary workforce.
*Coordinates and manages company's reward and recognition program incentives.
*Manages Human Resources information on the company intranet
*Supports training and development efforts.
*Assists in coordination and monitoring of performance appraisal process.
*Manages budget for department.
*Reconciles department credit card statement and process department invoices.
*Establishes and maintains department records and reports.
*Maintains office Equipment.
*Provides administrative support, including composing correspondence; establishing calendars and scheduling, preparing and?? organizing materials for meetings.
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Proficient in MS Office Suite
General Accounting knowledge - A/P A/R
Payroll experience a must
*High school diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred
*Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Highly organized and detail oriented.
*Handle multiple tasks with deadlines.
*Ability to use Windows/ Microsoft Office, word processing, prepare spreadsheets, and prepare presentations.
