Long-term receptionist opportunity with a fast paced insurance company! Will be responsible for answering all incoming calls using multi-line switchboard, greeting guests, mail distribution and clerical duties.
- Answering incoming calls and transfer to appropriate party.
- Greets visitors in person or via phone.
- Assists accounting with scanning invoices.
- Arranges travel for Executive team.
- Maintains clean reception area and conference rooms.
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
1-2 years' administrative experience
Associates' degree is a plus
Intermediate knowledge with MS Suites: Word, Excel, Outlook VS 2016
