Issues returns authorization to customers for warranty evaluation and repairs.
Emails necessary documentation to customer to process their requests.
Evaluates warranty status on products.
Analyzes technically customer complaints.
Provides technical analysis of the field problems.
Supports customers with updates on their returns process.
Supports the lab with information on the customer request.
Issues credits and replacements.
Schedules and coordinate field service with the support of field service supervisor.
Contracts and issue purchase orders to service centers for field service work.
Issues quotes for service with the help of service analyst in the technical support area.Invoices and return product to customers.
Issues factory claims for reimbursements of costs.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Mechanical or Electrical background required
Excellent phone skills
Associates Degree or three years work experience in a Mechanical Role
