Sales Assistant /Purchasing Assistant

Assist the Procurement Manager to source equipment, goods, and services. The successful candidate will be able to perform strategic procurement activities across multiple categories: buying, negotiating, and sourcing.

Responsibilities:
Adhere to purchasing policies, processes and procedures
Purchase requisition reconciliation
Maintain Reorder Advice Reports for stock parts
Maintain vendor information in the company???s ERP software
Generate Purchase orders
Communicate with Vendors
Negotiate vendor terms, including but not limited to pricing and delivery
Monitor order statuses
Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
Perform and assist with annual, physical inventory
Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies
Daily communication on order status to PI production team
Perform any other assigned duty as directed by management

Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Strong judgement and decision making skills
MS Office computer skills, Excel proficiency
