Billing and Invoice Administrative Assistant-Temp-Chicago IL
Our client, a large warranty company, is looking for an administrative assistant for 2 months with the potential to go perm. Office is located in downtown Chicago, schedule is Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
Main Job Duties - Will be supporting one of the managers, and will be assisting with billing and invoices.
You will be coding invoices to ensure they are sent to the right account. Also gets VP to sign the billing paperwork, along with the admin supportive duties for your manager.
Need to be tested on Excel because they need at least intermediate skills
Have a general understanding of IT terms such as what a software license is and means, office 365 experience
Must Have???s ??? Detail oriented, Pro-active (wants someone to be able to look at a bill and if it doesn???t show paid, be able to take the initiative to look into the issue further on their own)
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Nice to Have's - Procurement background/experience, Processed invoices, Oracle experience, any billing based analysis
