We are hiring for a temporary to permanent Accounting Clerk to support a small office in West Chester, PA. This is a part time position offering a flexible schedule. This role will support the Office Manager with accounts payable and accounts receivable, match invoices to checks, perform data entry, process payroll, order office supplies, maintain general organization of the office, as well as perform general clerical tasks including filing, preparing mailings, and making copies.

Working hours: 9 AM - 3 PM
-Ability to work independently in a small office environment
-At least 5 years experience working in an office environment, supporting A/P, A/R, or bookkeeping functions
-Experience working in MS Office Suite
-Excellent organizational skills
