Office Assistant for a small family business

Position: Office Assistant
Pay Rate: $18-$22 depending on experience
Schedule: M-F 8AM-5PM ( could also be 7:30AM-4PM)

Must have: Quickbooks, MS office, customer service, data entry, attention to detail,

This is a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:
This firm is a family business that grew very quickly from the ground up and needs someone who understands teamwork and how to come in and get the job done with a minimal amount of direction.

You will have to be able to use QuickBooks and be proficient using Microsoft Office. You will also have some bookkeeping responsibilities which includes invoicing, entering data, and tracking estatements.

There will be some other assigned administrative tasks as needed.

Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Skills:
Attention to detail is the number one skill needed for this position outside of the specifics mentioned above.

Qualifications:
Pay: $18-$22 per hour
