Admin Assistant/Receptionist

Looking for an Admin Assistant/Receptionist for a manufacturing and distribution company in Emeryville! An opportunity to get a foot in the door with a large company with room for growth!

Responsibilities:
Responsabilities Include:
- General data entry and order processing
- Answering phones and directed calls as needed
- Administrative duties as assigned my Manager

Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Skills:
Skills and Qualifications:
- Data entry experience
- Experience working in an administrative support role or receptionist role
- Experience with Epicor 21 software a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
