Looking for a Logistics Coordinator in Doral and Medley for an import - export company
MUST SPEAK SPANISH AND WORK WITH MAGAYA / CARGOWISE / OR EDITRADE
Starting pay is $17.00
Provide administrative, logistical, and clerical support to office personnel and to maintain an efficient logistics operations.
* Processing customer orders
* Prepare shipping documents (BOL, packing slip, Pallet labels)
* Request shipping quotes with trucking companies
* Track all outgoing freight
* Serving customers with congeniality, addressing issues and solving problems; forwarding messages; confirming customer orders; keeping customers informed of order status.
* Enhancing the company's reputation and image by accepting ownership for duties and responsibilities; To innovate and exploit new opportunities to add value to the position.
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Logistics and Customer service experience.
Skilled in: Typing, Documentation, Phone Systems, Verbal & Written Communication, Administrative Writing, Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook
Qualities: Dependability, Attention to Detail.
