Executive Assistant to the CEO

Position: EA to CEO

Pay Rate: $150K perm position

Schedule: M-F 8AM-5PM, must have flexibility

Must haves: Start up experience, 10 years of C-Level support experience, available when needed, some travel, able to pivot and push back, excellent focus, can be a partner and right hand of the CEO, groomed to become a Chief of Staff, calendaring, calendaring and more calendaring, PR/Marketing experience, responsiveness

Our client in the creative marketing space is looking for a professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO.

This is a dynamic role for someone who knows how to voice their opinion without coming across as too abrasive. This particular CEO really needs a right hand person who can keep him on track throughout the day and help him say no to certain meetings or to certain people when it's absolutely necessary.

There will be an expectation that this person will ultimately be promoted to Chief of Staff within the organization.

Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

This EA has to be extremely organized and very detail oriented.

A big part of the role involves calendaring and keeping the CEO on point as he juggles multiple responsibilities.

Experience working in a PR or marketing environment would be a big plus.

Undergraduate degree is required.

Must have startup company experience.

Pay: $150K Annually
