Our client located in Midtown Sacramento is looking for a Business Development Assistant. This assistant will be responsible to execute day to day and longer term administrative tasks for the Marketing Department. This individual will be playing a key role in ensuring that all production, database and digital files are maintained with a high level of quality while maintaining our brand integrity. Further in collaboration with department leadership, this individual will schedule meetings, fill out paper work, and coordinate key activities and tasks.
???Production and editing of various print and digital materials.
???Development of marketing project text and summaries
???Scheduling and tracking of firmwide PR events
???Lead sorting and tracking.
???Ensures quality control and brand integrity in all regional endeavors.
???Maintenance, management, and updating of department databases.
???Assist in market research.
???General administrative tasks and executive support.
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Experience with data management and entry, supporting executives, and basic copywriting preferred.
Administrative experience and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point required.
Adobe InDesign, Deltek Vision and/or A/E/C industry experience a plus. (someone with AEC experience would definitely help with the learning curve for leads and gathering project info)
Ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree
1-3 years of experience in Marketing or Public Relations
Proficient with Adobe InDesign, Deltek Vision
Industry experience in A/E/C
