Call Center Representative
Our client is looking for a Call Center Representative to join their team. This is an immediate opening that could lead to a "permanent" role in the company! This is a great place to work; where employee performance is recognized and rewarded! Initially the work hours will be 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Beginning in July, the employee will be required to work an 8 hour shift between 8am-8pm, Monday through Friday, and Saturday 9am-5pm; with one day off during the week.
This is a small call center where you will be trained to assist customers with various issues associated with the customer account. A proven record of good attendance and punctuality is important.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- High School or GED
- 1-3 years related customer service experience
- Communication and organizational skills; ability to support a team environment
- Good computer skills
- Attention to detail
