Our client in Delaware County has a temporary Administrative Assistant opening in their Media location.
Our client is looking for a an energetic self-starter who is comfortable working in a team environment.- This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a company who is a leader in their industry.
Pay rate- $15-$20/hr
Hours- Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm
-Ensure the preparation and editing of standard proposals
-Monitoring, processing and management of purchase?? orders (acknowledge receipt of order, processing, shipping/tracking and invoicing)
-Primary contact for incoming calls in the customer service department
-Support and back-up the front desk
-Customer Order Processing
-Update information in NAVISION and SAP
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
- Ability to multitask
-Flexible with part time schedule
-1-3 years of administrative support
-Microsoft Office including CRM
-Experienc in the Equipment/ Manufacturing Industry a plus
-Hands-on, proactive administrative support
-Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
-Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
-Excellent written and verbal communication
