Human Resources Assistant
Our client is a reputable health care facility for low income and underprivileged individuals and families. They are looking for a receptionist to support their office. This person is required to greet and register patients, answer phones, gather and file documents throughout the office. This role is a contract to hire opportunity.
Duties and Responsibilities:
??? Support with on-boarding procedures, including processing I-9s and standard new-hire paperwork.
??? Scheduling on-site interviews with prescreened candidates.
??? Electronic I-9 system management which includes handling e-verify requests.
??? Auditing new hire paperwork.
??? Filing, copying, composing letters, answering phone calls, ordering supplies and other administrative duties.
??? Entering various information into databases with preciseness and accuracy.
Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
--1-3 years of office experience.
--Outgoing and approachable.
--Ability to multi-task and be proactive.
--Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Contract to Hire Opportunity.
- Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm.
