Sales Representative Intermediate Level
Works with customers over the phone to find what health insurance product they want, match the products to their needs and complete the application for insurance. Creates solutions for the customer and ensures a smooth sales process. Follow up with the customer to close the sale and drive referrals from their customer base.
Sell health insurance products to individual Under 65 and/or Over 65 consumers in a call center environment.
Support both inbound and outbound calls to Consumer prospects through market driven and marketing campaigns.
Ensure all customers are warmly greeted, their needs are assessed quickly and they are referred to the appropriate setting, person, information or tools to address their needs.
Analyze customer needs and match to appropriate insurance product solutions.
Working hours: 8 AM - 6 PM
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience working independently and as part of a team
Active FL 2-15 Health Life and Variable Annuities OR 2-40 Florida state health insurance license is required.
1 year of Healthcare/Sales experience is preferred.
High School Diploma is required.
