Call Center Representative
A Non-Clinical Healthcare client is looking to add a Call Center Representative to their team to handle inbound/outbound calls. The primary responsibility of the Call Center Representative is to identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue brought to attention and provide solutions. This is a metric's driven position, handling at least 80 - 100 calls per day. The responsibilities of the role include but are not limited too:
??? Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
??? Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
??? Reviews data to monitor the customer experience
??? Answers questions and recommends corrective services to address customer complaints
??? Keys information into computer to compile work volume statistics and to keep records of customer service requests and complaint

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Prior customer support experience
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills
- Active listening skills
- Customer focused
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
