Call Center Representative Inbound
We are looking for customer service reps to work in a state of the art call center! This is a temp to hire opportunity. The pay is $15/hr. There will be 2 classes on June 11th and 25th so you may be picked for either. You MUST be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen. Training is 5 weeks long and will be M-F 8 to 5. After training you MUST be available to work M-F 7 to 7 and 8 to 1 on Saturday. You will be able to bid for your shift but there is no guarantee that you will get it. You cannot have any scheduled PTO in the first 90 days as training is very important. YOU WILL WORK 4th OF JULY!!
-Respond in a timely manner to all customer inquiries or issues
-Enter all data into CRM system
-Work with internal team to resolve any customer issues
-Work with manager to review and understand performance metrics
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
-Call center experience highly preferred
-Customer service experience
-Must be technically savvy (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
-Data Entry skills
-Must have reliable transportation
-Must be able to abide by individual performance metrics.
