Our client, a well established firm in the Conshohocken, PA area, is currently seeking an experienced Paralegal for a temp-hire opportunity. Candidates for this role will be meticulous and have a thorough knowledge of legal estate planning, litigation, malpractice, and trust administration. The hours for this position will be from 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday. The compensation for this position will range, depending on experience, between $20-30/Hour. Please see below for additional details.

- Administer cases, serve clients, and conduct legal and factual research
- Prepare documents, exhibits, reports, and case filings and then execute
- Support all activities including drafting, processing, updating, and filing of tariffs, service agreements, and other legal documents
- Assist attorneys in data and discovery requests
- Act as liaison between internal departments and outside agencies
- Other duties as assigned

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- High School Diploma Required
- 5+ years experience working as a paralegal, or law clerk
- 5+ years experience working in Estate Planning, Litigation, Trust Administration, and/or malpractice
- Strict organization, attention to detail, and effective communication skills are required
- Experience using document management system
- Experience with legal terminology, research, practices, and principals
