Administrative Assistant / Human Resource Support
Randstad is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with Human Resource support experience to work a temporary to permanent position in Summerville. Will provide administrative support to the Human Resource Director.
Answering employee questions
Processing incoming mail
Creating and distributing documents
Providing customer service to organization employees
Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators
Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data
Setting appointments and arranging meetings
Maintaining calendars of HR management team
Will compiling reports and spreadsheets utlizing Excel
Assist with recruitment and New Hire Process
Participating in recruitment efforts, posting job ads, organizing resumes and job applications
Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
Collecting employment and tax information
Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
Preparing new employee files
Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, Administering new employment assessments
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
A minimum of 3 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably assisting an HR manager or HR team.
Proficient in Excel, Word
Experience with calendar management.
Proven ability to assist with the hiring process.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
