?? Sources new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
?? Maintains and increases existing business, regains lost business with past customers.
?? Understands customer needs and requirements, responds to customer inquiries and requests in an expedited timeframe.
?? Routes qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
?? Updates customer data and information in system CRM.
?? Closes sales and achieves quarterly quotas.
?? Researches accounts, identifies contacts and generates interest in our products.
?? Maintains and expands the database of prospects.
?? Understands Epicor and its impact to the company, works to resolves system issues.
?? Determines product pricing utilizing guidelines provided by Product Marketing Manager.
?? Provides quotes to customers in a timely manner.
?? Performs contract review of orders that are less than $5,000 for standard product.
?? Enters orders and manages data entry into Epicor.
?? Provides RMAs to customers. Provides credit requests to Product Marketing Manager.
?? Works with manufacturing team to expedite deliveries.
?? Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending internal training workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
?? Identifies and recommends cost reduction opportunities.
?? Supports 6S activities when asked.
?? Understands the business, may visit Canada manufacturing location at times.
?? Provides input in weekly sales meetings, shares competitive feedback, etc.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
