Administrative Credit Assistant
Our client is a reputable financial institution located in Santa Clara, CA. They are seeking an administrative credit assistant to support their underwriting team in their Santa Clara, CA location. The company is a tight-knit group of roughly 80 employees, so they're looking for someone who likes small to medium sized businesses. This role requires a high attention to detail, a highly professional demeanor, and great follow through. This is a contract opportunity with potential to be taken on as a permanent employee. ??? Support the underwriting team with administrative tasks pertaining to loan processing and credit reviews
??? Enter data into company system to track underwriting process and updates
??? Manage the back office tasks for loans starting with initiation to completion
??? Validate customer reliability through credit performances
??? Ad hoc administrative tasks related to filing, MS Office support, and customer service
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 1-2+ years of previous banking or financial experience required
- Experience with loan processing or credit review is a plus
- Technically Savvy
- Proficient in MS Office

??? Monday-Friday 7am -4pm (No flexibility on working hours)
