Sales Administrator

A Well established distributors of wine and spirits is seeking a Sales Assistant to help out the Outside Sales team with Administrative duties. The salary is 50k and this is a direct hire with benefits. If you are interested please email me your resume jessica.huhges@randstadusa.com

Computer literacy is a must and experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is essential. The successful candidate will have at least 5 to 10 years of experience. Must be detailed oriented and possess strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment. He/she must also be proficient in report processing as well as calculating percentages.

Responsibilities:
Primary duties will fluctuate based on workload but will include:


Preparation of Buying Guides
Preparation and maintenance of various reports through Inventive Software
Provide Management support such as reviewing calendars, setting meeting reminders, answer phone, filing, etc.
Various spreadsheet analyses
Prepare Power Point presentations for meetings
Process sample requests for suppliers and sales meetings
Track and report sample placements
Supplier Depletion Reports
Backup Customer Service/Order Entry
Backup receptionist
Special projects and assignments as needed
Organize general sales meetings

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
