Office Manager

Exceptional opportunity for an exceptional mid sized company corporate office for a wonderful Office Manager to support this busy team!
The ideal candidate must be well organized, have a strong sense of prioritization and ability to multi-task.
In this role you will be the general point of contact for all office operations.

Responsibilities:
-Regularly promote a positive and productive office culture
-Manage and coordinate office calendar
-Prior experience with budgets and spreadsheets
- Perform a variety of administrative functions
-Maintain and manage office budget

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

Qualifications:
-At least 2 years of experience in Office Management role
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
-Strong project management skills
-Ability to work under pressure
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-Experience with A/P and A/R
