Customer Service Representative
Job Summary: Currently seeking a Part Time Customer Service Representative for a company located in Beachwood, OH. The main responsibilities of this role will include customer service, running a register, managing inventory, and stocking products. This is a long term temporary role with the possibility of going permanent, 21 hours per week, the shift will be M-Thurs (3p-6:30p) and Friday 8:30a-3:30p, pay is $11.50-12.50/hr.
- Greeting customers, discussing product information, and answering any questions.
- Managing inventory and restocking of products.
- Other administrative duties as needed.
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
-Strong customer service skills
-Microsoft Excel experience for tracking inventory.
-1-3 years of retail customer service experience is required, a passion for health and wellness is preferred.
-Must be self-motivated and enjoys keeping busy.
