Project Coordinator

Leading beverage company is seeking project coordinators to help support it's special project team. Project coordinators will conduct outbound calls to gather information regarding scheduled activity. Responsibilities include making outbound calls, coordinating installs, conducting surveys following a script, capturing relevant data, and documenting feedback from customers/clients.

This position pays $15/hr and is an 18 mth long contract position. If you are a detail oriented multi-tasker - apply immediately!

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Impeccable interpersonal and customer service skills
Bachelor's degree required
Advanced understanding of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and Quickbase
Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines in a high-pressure environment is essential
Excellent analytical and detail oriented
Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
