This position serves as the Intermediate Project Manager for Human Resources Administration (HRA) with oversight of assignments that are distinguished from similar assignments at the Project Management Entry level by scope, complexity, delegated authority and varied of duties in the assignment. Identifies required resources; schedules and monitors resources.
This position develops training projects; coordinates with HR business partners and customers to mee HR training needs; implementing instructional design and delivery; serving on or leading committees and teams with impact to all parts of the Agency.
This position assists with delegation and empowerment of colleagues to facilitate problem-solving and the successful transition to the Lean Management System.
Manages multiple small to medium-sized projects
Works cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes.
Serve as a coach to reinforce and enable the transition to the new management system, serve as a subject matter expert on process improvement methodologies.
Develops and conducts courses in HR subject areas, develops training histories and individual employee development programs.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
