Administrative Assistant Intermediate level

Looking for part time opportunities? I am looking for a go-getter to fill a temp to hire Administrative Assistant position (3 days a week.) This client is a rapidly expanding construction/property management company. Based on performance, there is great growth opportunity to go full time/permanent!

Responsibilities:
-Making outgoing vendor calls
-updating system data in Excel
-Recording data in vbid system
-Updating client and vendor contact information
-Supporting Director of Pre-Construction administratively
-High energy
-Proactive

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Skills:
-Microsoft Office Suite
-Calendar management
-Scanning
-Filing
-Customer Service
-One Note experience a plus
