Administrative Assistant Advanced Level
Primary point of contact as the utilities services onsite facility/hotel manager. Responsible for executing day to day operations and flawless events. Manage staff and collaborate cross departmentally to ensure client and customer satisfaction and profitability. Responsible for establishing solid business relationships in order to achieve a strong partnership and long term success.
Maintain a strong relationship with the facility, their partners, department heads, clients and customers. Ability to organize work effectively, prioritize business needs. Negotiate, prepare and execute event proposals, contracts and orders for show management, general service contractors and exhibitors. Ensuring high levels of customer service. Direct and manage the planning and layout of utility orders with limited or no electrician involvement. Negotiate, execute and collect final invoices.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Must have proven customer service and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Supervisory skills and ability to organize time, projects and detail oriented with tight deadlines. Ability to work well under pressure and demanding schedules. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel. Complete understanding of ethics, decorum and social skills required for extensive interaction with clients and customers.
