Administrative Assistant Intermediate level
Primary responsibilities include assisting to obtain and manage information required to provide temporary utility services for trade shows, conventions and special events.
Take incoming calls, respond to emails and client inquiries. Create and maintain files/orders and distribute to general service contractors and clients. Obtain current and up to date floor plans, exhibitors lists and import when necessary with accurate data. Collect payment for services before, during and post event. Mark utility orders to the floor plan. Manage and provide customer service onsite at exhibitor service desk. While onsite process new and revised orders, collect funds, create work orders and assign an electrician to complete the work.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Microsoft Office, Word and Excel. Customer Service experience is a must.
