This is an EDI coordinator role. Temps will be working incoming EDI claim batches by identifying and resolving claim errors before claims are consumed into claims processing system. Examples would include member matching/eligibility, provider matching, etc.
1.Identify and resolve new or unusual EDI claims errors/issues as they arise, using established procedures
2. Use appropriate documentation, reference materials and/or websites to ensure that EDI claims are processed accurately and efficiently.
3.Learn and use new systems/applications/resources as needed
4.Ability to carry out assignments with accuracy and attention to detail
5.Ability to make logical fact-based decisions
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Shift Start/End Time: 7:00 AM/3:30PM
Dress Code: Business Casual

1.Knowledge of UB92 and CMS1500 form layouts
2.1+ years of experience in related environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, etc.) using phones and computers as primary job tools
3.Moderate Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
