Application Response Specialist - Chicago IL
Our client, is an online lender specializing in providing lending options to customers who aren't given the chance to have their lending needs met because other traditional lenders/financial institutions dismiss them as "high risk". They are a successful, upbeat, and rapidly growing company located in downtown Chicago, IL. Interview process typically consists of 2 rounds of in-person interviews. They are looking for a Application Response Specialist, to work 40hrs a week, Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm (2 weeks of training) and after training 10:00am-6:30pm, and on occasion, and every other Saturday until 1pm. Pay rate is $14/hr with additional performance incentives and cash rewards several times, weekly.
-The ARS acts as the "first responder", who immediately reach out out to loan applicants as soon as they apply./ Their response includes an introduction, and thorough, but brief and nonintrusive vetting of whether or not the prospective borrower meets the basic eligibility criteria. Once the ARS has determined that they do, they then put the customer in contact with a Loan Officer who will guide them through the rest of the lending process.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-Call center environment, must be comfortable speaking with people and being held towards sales metrics standards
-MUST be punctual and reliable, attendance is mandatory for this client, must be held accountable.
-Bachelors degree strongly preferred
-2-3 years of experience in customer service and or sales
-Loan experience is a plus but not required
