Document Processor Clerk/Receptionist

Randstad's client, located in Downtown Austin, is looking for a Document Processor/Receptionist for a temp to hire position!

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6:30pm
Pay: $13/hour
***This location is in Downtown Austin. PARKING IS NOT PAID.***

This position handles document scanning/processing and back-up reception at a client location.

- Runs high volume copy machines and performs binding and finishing work.
- Operates high volume document imaging systems.
- Operating MS Office and Email systems for opening, sending and retrieving files.
- Ensures convenience copiers are working properly; check for quality via daily inspections, clearing paper jams and informs technicians of problems.
- Maintains records for management reports and inventories of supplies.

Receptionist/Customer Service
- Backfill receptionist 2.5 hours per day.
- Answer phones, greet clients, cover front desk for breaks and lunch.
- Answers customer questions regarding status of job requests.

Working hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Excellent Customer Service Attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Comfortable with reception coverage
Ability to use office machines and technical equipment
Previous experience in document processing preferred
