Office Clerk

Seeking office clerk for a position located in the downtown Phoenix area. In addition to meeting and greeting clients, the office clerk will provide light administrative support as well. This is a full time position, Monday-Friday working 40 hours per week. This position will require minimum 1 year experience in an office environment.

Responsibilities:
- Front desk
- Copying, filing, scanning
- Accepting, screening, and routing telephone calls
- Greeting and directing visitors, as appropriate, concerning activities and operations of department/division
- Sorting, screening, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail; preparing photocopies and facsimiles, and operating a variety of office equipment

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
--Knowledge of administrative procedures and software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic Access)

Qualifications:
--Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in a front desk clerk, receptionist or administrative position
