Call Center Representative Inbound

The Healthcare Customer Service Representative provides proactive support, encouragement, and education to improve customer well-being in an outbound call center environment.

Responsibilities:
Delivery of a sustained, personalized outreach approach, quickly develop rapport and a trusting relationship with members.
Drive meaningful conversations that result in client-centered engagement practices.
Ability to apply patience and empathy while adjusting communication style to match that of the member.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Skills:
Demonstrate professionalism through clear and effective and actionable communication skills.
Must be driven and motivated to exceed individual and team goals.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma is required.
1 year of Call Center experience is required.
