Human Resources Conflict Manager
We are seeking sharp, experienced candidates to join one of our clients in the West Des Moines area! These positions will be with one of the largest, most successful employers in the area and will offer a GREAT opportunity for growth! Individuals in these roles will be working with employees to manage conflict by researching, communicating effectively, and applying company policy accurately. These positions will be starting very soon, and will offer a standard Monday through Friday dayshift.
- perform research to verify details from conflicts
- create resolutions according to company policy
- explain company policy and act as a subject matter expert
- properly document events
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- bachelor's degree preferred
- previous experience resolving conflicts WITH EMPLOYEES required
- call center experience
- experience working in a professional office environment
