Call Center Representative Inbound
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Position takes incoming calls from customers regarding the company's product or service.
Resolves customer issues without escalating calls to a higher level of support.
Inbound call center.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
1-2 years of experience.
Knowledge of and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
