HRIS Implementation Specialist
We are looking to implement Workforce Software (SuccessFactors partner) and need a business analyst to help with the implementation and launch of their the Workforce Software Time & Attendance platform through SuccessFactors.
??? Responsible as a key analyst for system implementation, including all cycles of the project life ??? requirement gathering through go-live.
??? Serves as the subject matter expert for system implemented and applies knowledge to maintain effective system utilization and accuracy
??? Working independently and as a team member to analyze, define, and documents user requirements to ensure usability of systems and efficiency of data to meet end-user goals.
??? Ensures internal customers are able to fully utilize HR systems and software through training, coaching, and developing job aids.
??? Develops and maintain up-to-date functional documentation, standard operating procedures and system documentation. Develops and maintains user guides and training material as needed.
??? Leverages and optimizes the combined benefits of all human capital technology resources
??? Assist with management of third party relationships (core system and subsidiary vendors, external talent procurement/assessment interface, employee recognition solution, employee engagement and external workplace survey administrators)
??? Serves as a key liaison with internal stakeholders
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Minimum 5 years HRIS experience and functional HR knowledge required
- Workforce Software in conjunction with SuccessFactors platform implementation experience is required
- Strong technical skills including advanced experience with Excel
- Excellent customer service, organization, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Systems implementation and upgrade experience required
You will be a great fit if in addition to the completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with technical (Information Systems/Information Technology) experience required, or Bachelor's degree in IS/IT with Human Resources experience required and you have:
