Administrative Assistant for sales department.
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, scheduling, and or calendar for supervisor and, or work team.
Under general supervision, prepare routine and non-routine correspondence, memoranda, reports spreadsheets and presentations; proofreading for accuracy and attending to detail. Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, prioritizing and responding to routine and non-routine inquiries.
Communicate with a range of internal and external contacts related to obtaining or providing information which may be of sensitive and or confidential nature, and manage confidential information with discretion.
Prepare new hire onboarding.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
2-5 years administrative experience
