Administrative Assistant Entry level
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for a temporary opening in downtown Charleston. The hours are 8am-4:30pm and the pay is $13.60 an hour. The position will last anywhere from 1 to 8 weeks. The company is a central downtown location and does provide parking.
In this role, you will assist Manager with updating contracts and documents. The position will require advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook) as you will be creating and editing documents, using mail merges, and be drafting correspondence.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

*At least 2 consecutive years of work experience as an Administrative Assistant creating and editing documents pr contracts (preferably prior contracts and procurement experience)
*Prior experience working in a professional office environment
