Insurance Claims Customer Service
Our client in Worcester, MA is hiring for an ongoing contract position in their Disability Claims department.
Training - 9AM-5PM Monday-Friday with a 30 minute lunch
After training period - Monday-Thursday 10:30AM-6PM & Friday 9:30AM-6PM with 1 hour lunch
- Understanding Insurance contracts, applying insurance concept to pay low indemnity claims
- 25-30 inbound calls per day handling claims, recommending action items, managing claims, reviewing financial records
- Ability to speak on the phone, answer customer service issues, explain how and why a claim was paid
- Ability to understand the system processing of claims, utilizing audit rules.
Working hours: 10:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Previous experience in insurance is a huge plus! Must have prior call center experience. Must have good data entry skills and be detail oriented!
