Randstad is currently hiring for one of the world's largest HR consultation firms. This position of a Receptionist is set to begin ASAP upon finding the right fit. This is a large, corporate company with huge growth potential and this role is temp-to-perm.
This position involves responding to incoming calls, scheduling for office/executive events, checking in guests at the front, administrative tasks, some office management/ordering, etc.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Prior receptionist and/or administrative experience is required, but all levels of that experience will be considered.
A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
Some online testing prior to submitting your resume for manager review is being requested.
