Call Center Representative Inbound
Are you looking for a great start? Now hiring inbound call center representatives with a global IT innovator of business solutions! This is an entry level position. You will be trained in retirement annuities and life insurance products to help clients protect and plan for their future.
As a Customer Service Associate, you will provide front-line phone customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents and internal customers; Ensure customer satisfaction and strive to ensure service standards are met; Field 75-100 calls daily; Communicate effectively and professionally with both internal and external customers to resolve questions and issues; Develop and maintain a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry and all products, services and processes performed by the team; Collaborate with management or other team members as appropriate to proactively address service issues and concerns; Must meet and maintain quality standards, adherence metrics, average handle time, average seconds to answer and other call center metrics; Work as a team to meet client service level agreements.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Excellent communications skills required.
