Our Fortune 500 client in Salem, NH is looking for a dedicated and versatile operations clerk who is able to support not only the functions of the operations department, but assist within the mailroom too. The candidate may at times be required to be on their feet for long periods of time when supporting mail room functions.
Temporary - Undetermined, Long term
Performs administrative tasks to support the Financial Control group. The candidate will quality control the data entry required to processes compensation payments. This may include using outside resources. Knowledge of the financial industry is helpful. In addition to the aforementioned duties, the candidate will assist in mail operations to include disposition of returned mail, organization and packaging of bulk advisor payments, and operational coverage as needed. Responsibilities will include other duties in relation to advisor payments and check writing as assigned. The ability to work independently is a must.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
