Randstad has an immediate opening for an administrative assistant to work in the field office for a prestigious fortune 500 company located in downtown Portland.
You will support the vice president and must be proficient in Microsoft suite - including Work, Excel and Outlook. You will greet customers, answer phones, schedule appointments, handle the calendar for the office, enter data, and handle other administrative duties as needed. There will be some processing of paperwork to include some filing and scanning.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
--- At least two years of office and administrative experience
--- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
