Patient Account Representative

Randstad is currently recruiting for a Patient Account Representative in the East end of Louisville. This would be a temp to hire opportunity.

This would be Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm. The position would pay $15/hour.

This position would be responsible for enrolling, billing and administering insurance policies and provide marketing, telephone and data entry back up.

Responsibilities:
- Primary contact for new Special Care Insurance Program markets.
- File Medicaid premium offset requests and follow up.
- Enroll, bill and administer policies for residents.
- Back-up for telephone, premium processing and any other customer service needed

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
--Associates degree or equivalent experience
--3-5 years administrative experience
--Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Genelco Group Plus
--Good data entry skills
--Excellent phone etiquette
--Excellent verbal and written communication skills
--Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
--Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
--Good analytical and problem solving skills
