Call Center Representative
Start date: June 18th
Pay Rate: $14 - $15.50
Schedule: M - F 8A-5P
Location: Rancho Cordova, CA 95670
Duration: 3 - 6 months
Duties may include:
Resolving complex inquiries and complaints from customers; performing research to resolve customer problems, processing daily transactions, troubleshoot technical problems with software, provide guidance and assistance to less experienced staff on policies and procedures, new or enhanced services and/or procedural changes. May work on special projects.
Will be responsible for answering customer phone and email inquiries regarding health insurance plans, and enrolling in coverage.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Must have active HEALTH insurance license in California.
1+ year customer service experience (Preferable call center based)
Troubleshooting skills a plus
